CORE FLOW

Build your core strength while improving posture, flexibility & mobility through the back, hips, shoulders & neck. This class takes you through a variety of concentric movements that promote mind-muscle connection, proper breathing techniques, and stabilization through the trunk of the body. We provide modifications and progressions to ensure everyone’s core gets a beneficial workout.

This class does not use strobe lights and is done entirely in dim lighting.

SPIN

Find your rhythm on the spin bike! This class features a dynamic mix of climbs, sprints, and upper body choreography to keep your heart rate high and your sweat dripping all ride long. The playlists are ever-changing and ever-challenging, designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance and full-body strength with every spin of the wheel.

This class uses strobe lights and is not recommended for those with epilepsy or light sensitivity issues.

BARRE

Improve your balance, coordination, and core strength in this dynamic burner. This class takes you through a variety of movements designed to challenge your stability while simultaneously strengthening your core, glutes & hip flexors. Based in dance conditioning, Barre is sure to leave you feeling more controlled, coordinated & confident.

This class does not use strobe lights and is done entirely in dim lighting.

BURN

Hitting weights and cardio in one session has never felt so right. This class alternates between lower/upper body weight circuits and climb/sprint intervals on the spin bikes. Our focus is primarily compound movements that work multiple muscles/joints, followed by cardio burnouts to keep that sweat dripping. You’re guaranteed to feel the burn here!

This class sometimes involves strobe lights; however can be modified to be done in dim lighting only.

BUILD

All strength, no cardio. This class is entirely weight-based, using a variety of movements to promote full-body strengthening. A variety of circuit styles keeps this class dynamic & challenging while continuing to build on key compound movements week by week. Weight warriors are sure to get a good push out of this one!

This class does not use strobe lights and is done in dim or full lighting.

HIIT

There’s no better way to start the weekend off than HIIT. This class challenges your cardiovascular and strength systems as we work our way through three circuits designed to push you to new heights. HIIT is a true testament to the saying “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”. Each week, we look to progress our speed while maintaining controlled reps & proper form.

This class does not use strobe lights and is done entirely in dim lighting.

BOOTCAMP

The classic workout we all love. This class uses the principles of functional strength to improve your ability to push, pull & carry weight with good form and muscular engagement. This class makes use of the weight sled, battle ropes, slam balls, and lots of other badass exercises that have you feeling nothing short of accomplished.

This class does not use strobe lights and is done entirely in dim or full lighting.

RESTORE

After a full week of cardio and weights, there’s nothing better than the relaxation of our restorative yoga practice. We flow through a variety of positions on the mat to increase flexibility & mobility through the joints. Bands & blocks are used to gently increase the range of motion and/or support instability or weakness through the joints.

This class does not use strobe lights and is done entirely in dim lighting.

EMPOWER

The OG cardio burn! This class involves two cardio circuits on the steppers, promoting coordination, balance, and endurance. We use the beat of the music to guide our speed and step style, while breaking up the cardio with lightweight upper body pumps to give our legs a short breather. A new playlist always keeps us hyped!

This class uses strobe lights and is not recommended for those with epilepsy or light sensitivity issues.

MOMS CLUB

This one is all about the moms & babes. We work through four circuits targeting all areas of the body with special attention to rebuilding core strength & promoting functional fitness. All circuits are done at mom’s pace, meaning you can stop to tend to your babe any time you need, with no pressure to work at a certain speed. Baby toys, balls, and soft play items are available to help keep your babe entertained while you get your workout in!

This class does not use strobe lights and is done entirely in dim/semi-dim lighting.
